In Response to COVID-19

At The Blinds Gallery, we are following the latest Government advice and have put into place a number of measures to protect our staff and our customers during the containment of the Coronavirus.

Sales Representatives

Our Sales Representatives are taking note of their health and well-being constantly and if they feel unwell, they are not on the road visiting customers and are self-isolating straight away.

All of The Blinds Gallery’s Sales team are following these strict measures:

  • Continue to sanitise their hands before entering any home for a Free Measure and Quote
  • Wipe down and sanitise all samples after every home visit (while the Sales Representative is the only person to touch the samples in the home)
  • All quotes are completed and emailed from an iPad that only the Sales Representative handles
  • Keep Social Distancing precautions while in the home

If, as a customer, you are feeling unwell or are self-isolating at any time please don’t worry, we are still able to provide a quote for your via email or over the phone. Our Sales Representatives will happily talk you through this process.

We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and will keep our customers up to date as often as we can. We would like to thank you all for your support and understanding during this time.

Please Note: In light of COVID-19, The Blinds Gallery will be temporarily closing our Cockburn retail showroom.  Our commitment to staff remains with all employees being provided the opportunity to work at our Landsdale head office location which is fully staffed and open during normal business hours.

The Blinds Gallery aims to reopen the showroom once the effects of COVID-19 are fully understood.  We believe in business sustainability and while we will sacrifice some short-term business goals, we’re committed to putting customer health ahead first.
